Physical In-Shop Intake Forms: When you drop your vehicle off at our shop (41 Leonard Road, Guntersville, AL), you can check an explicit box to opt-in to text alerts or emails.
Website Contact Forms: When using the contact submission form on our official website (auto-medics.net), you must check a box verifying your willingness to receive communications. Consent is never bundled into general terms and is always an explicit choice. [1]
Verbal Recording: If you book an appointment via phone (256-878-3912), our service manager or advisors may ask for your explicit consent to send repair updates via SMS. This consent is manually logged in our shop database.

2. What You Are Opting Into
