1. Use of the Website

The content of this website is for your general information and booking use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Services and Appointments

Submitting an appointment request through our contact form does not guarantee a finalized appointment. Bookings are only confirmed once confirmed via phone or email by an Auto Medics team member.
Our operation hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch).

3. Vehicle Authorization & Diagnostic Fees

By dropping off a vehicle at our physical facility, you authorize Auto Medics Inc. to perform factory scanning, diagnostics, and necessary test drives on your vehicle.
An initial diagnostic fee may apply to figure out mechanical or electrical bugs. We will always contact you with a breakdown quote for approval before executing any physical repairs beyond the initial approved diagnostic limit.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for parts, labor, scanning, and servicing must be settled in full at the time of vehicle pickup unless a prior business arrangement has been contractually established. We accept standard credit cards and primary payment methods. [1]

5. Limitation of Liability

Auto Medics Inc. is not responsible for any items of personal property left inside vehicles brought into the garage facility for repair. Please remove all personal valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes must be handled in the local courts of Marshall County, Alabama
